The sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States and Canada, age 18 and over. Void in overseas U.S. territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations, and where prohibited by law. Only one entry per person per week. The contest period is June 16, 2008 to October 27, 2008. Weekly prize drawings will be held on Monday morning. Winners will be notified by phone, email or post. Winners consent to having their name used in publcity about this sweepstakes by submitting an entry. A list of winners will be available, by writing "VT Fuels Winners, Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing, National Life Building - 6Th Floor, 1 National Life Dr., Montpelier, VT 05620-0501", at the conclusion of the sweepstakes. The decision of the judges is final. Employees of the Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing (VDTM) or the Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD) of the State of Vermont, contracted advertising and promotional agencies for ACCD, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win. The prizes: A weekly drawing for $100 in gas vouchers redeemable at all Jiffy Mart (www.jiffymartstores.com) and other participating gasoline retailers in Vermont. No purchase necessary. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Only entries received via the official web entry form will be included in the drawings.
