Many events throughout the state welcome groups of all sizes. You can refer to the following links to find the perfect event for your groups, but a good place to start is the sample listing of recommended events for 2016.

If you're looking for that one event that will leave your group speechless, you need to see the Celebration of Peonies at Hildene, The Lincoln Family Home. With thousands of blooms filling the gardens, it is no wonder why this is one of ABA’s Top 100 Events for 2016!

Themed maps are a fun and easy way to plan a day's itinerary with navigation in mind.

Shelburne's Lilac Festival on the garden themed map, and the Vermont Quilt Festival in Essex Junction on the quilt themed map are only two of almost twenty different maps put together to help trip planning easier for groups.

There are three partner websites you can visit for extra planning help:

Vermont Tourism Network - includes events such as the Garlic and Herb Festival in Bennington.

Vermont's Chamber of Commerce - includes the Vermont Festival of the Arts in the Mad River Valley as part of their summer events. The Hay Festival in Killington as part of their fall events and the Green Mountain Film Festival in Montpelier as part of their winter events.

Vermont Historic Sites - There are many scheduled events through the season, from reenactments to blues festival.

Lastly, don't forget to check out Vermont's statewide events calendar. With new events added everyday, this is a go-to resource for all tour operators.
