Stay to Stay Weekend

2019 Dates and Locations Will Be Announced Soon

Have you ever considered moving to Vermont? Or visited for a weekend getaway, then spent the drive home thinking how you could live here full time? We have a program to help you do just that.

Stay to Stay Weekends are exploratory vacations designed for people who are interested in moving to Vermont. The 3-day lodging and networking packages connect guests to employers, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and potential neighbors in local communities around Vermont.

Here’s how Stay to Stay Weekends work:

You select the region where you might be interested in living. Sign up for the date of the Stay to Stay Weekend in that community that works for you. Select your Monday excursion and lodging accommodations. Once you book your 3-night stay at one of the participating lodging properties, you’ll have access to networking receptions and meetings with people who can facilitate your move to Vermont.

Your Stay to Stay Weekend begins with a warm welcome on Friday evening at a reception hosted by a local chamber of commerce or young professionals network where you’ll meet community and business leaders. Spend Saturday and Sunday exploring the community and it’s many attractions on your own. On Monday, you’ll have the option to meet with employers that are hiring, take a driving/walking tour with a realtor, or visit an incubator/co-maker space to meet with entrepreneurs and other professionals.

The scheduled 2018 dates have already taken place and we are currently planning the 2019 weekends.
